Dh10 Mn Booster Plan to Improve Facilities at Remraam Residential Project
Enabling the growth of community developments and ensuring their systematic enhancement is a priority for Dubai Properties, a leading real estate master developer and asset manager of renowned destinations across the emirate. An investment over Dh10 million ($2.7 million) is set in community enhancements at its Remraam residential project, strategically located in Dubailand.
The significant investment towards strategic developments within their communities reaffirms their commitment to enriching the living experiences of their residents.
The Dubai developer awarded the contract to build 450 new free visitor parking spaces within the community to Gulf Landscape and Irrigation Systems.
Construction has commenced, with delivery of phase one scheduled for September and phase two for November 2017, said the company in a statement.
The infrastructure enhancements at Remraam involve the widening of access roads that will alleviate traffic congestion during peak hours.
Wade Adams Contracting is working on the expansions, with the initial phase of the project anticipated to be complete by November 2017.
In addition, the resort-sized pool, ideal for families with children, is undergoing upgrade and maintenance work, and is scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2017.
Remraam community launched in 2014 comprises a total of 34 clusters including 68 buildings and over 4,000 apartments offering investors and buyers contemporary, spacious, and high-quality apartments.
It is located conveniently between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Al Maktoum International Airport, Remraam is only 20 minutes away from Mall of the Emirates, 15 minutes from the Expo 2020 site, and just 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
It features all the necessary amenities – including a retail centre, a community centre, and a nursery – within walking distance.
The pedestrian-centric, family-focused community is set amidst serene, purpose-built green open spaces, and offers unique real estate investment opportunities owing to its connectivity to the wider emirate.
Masood Al Awar, the chief commercial officer at Dubai Properties, said that from providing additional parking to expanding access roads, they work closely with appointed contractors and service providers to ensure that deliverables are on track.
