Thanks for REUTERS. My first project in Mumbai was in Leading News agency client of USA. As there were too many new Tools to learn as i was Core Designing guy. Actually my project was totally support project and i was junior most resource in that project. Learning perspective , good project for me as a fresher. After 1 year, i was too good in the support stuff however learning stops there as we have same work for every day. After that we have received some new development work, my learning again resumed. I was part of that project for more than 2 years. I can say that i have learn a lot and great learning for me.

Who is your inspiration behind entering this profession? tell more on the same

Dr. Sudhakar bandodkar is my inspiration in going into this profession. Many don’t know this person but earlier in 1940  there was stability for buildings to be certified by architects what we say in our terms ‘life of a building construction’ and ten years to 50 years was the cap of the restoration process. I still remember the worli poonam chambers was certified by this man and he clearly said the after ten years this building will collapse and the same happened in 1982 the building was completed and 1992 it collapsed and big article was there in times of India. I was in 9th standard that time and that the time I decided to be an architect.

What are your current projects and where?

We are doing many residential project in and around Maharashtra and hospitality in B-Town cities like Jaipur Raipur Bhubaneswar Panchgani etc. Interior designing and turnkey for HNI clients. Residential and Commercial Architectural buildings for private developers in B- town cities.

The USP of your work

Our USP is “Sustainability in Architectural projects and Interior projects” Any project should be efficient in its own way and that what makes it unique and beautiful is what we believe.

Your message to upcoming architects and Interior designers?

All I would like to say to upcoming architects and Interior designers is that “What we built is what we preserve; Architecture starts when you carefully put two bricks together. There is begins”.
