Your experience with RERA
Belmac being our first ‘Residential’ project, it is very close to my heart. We have designed and constructed this project with care and details. With RERA being a consumer pro legislation, many builders in the residential space are finding it hard to change their 2-3 decade old way of functioning. For us at Belmac, the entire exercise was a marathon for one month of understanding the legislation and registering with the authority. We are also one of the first few developers in Pune to do so. We always look for opportunities in adversities and being new in this space helps as we are more agile to change.
Your views on social media
Our channel partners had not adopted technology in the last decade as much as they could have. Technology and information has changed dynamics of every single industry. We have had training sessions with our channel partners for use of ‘Twitter’ & having their own ‘Youtube channels’ and using Google live for customer interactions. Life is beyond Facebook in the social media space.
We are into construction of spaces as we are passionate about it. When I travel, I sometimes visit places only to get inspiration. An example we are emulating in Belmac Residences is the hydroponic greenhouse. It is similar to a restaurant and hydroponic greenhouse in Amsterdam called ‘Restaurant DeKas’.
