Madhya Pradesh Gets Green Signal for Its tallest buildings in Indore
MP Housing and Infrastructure Development Board’s (MPHIDB’s) ambitious project and the state’s tallest commercial cum residential project, Rainbow Residency gets green signal on Monday and now is all set to take shape in Indore over the next three years .
The board issued a notice to invite tenders (NIT) to develop three 50-metre high towers, which are touted to be among the state’s tallest buildings.
MPHIBD deputy commissioner (Indore circle), YK Dohare said that they have issued an NIT of Rs 92 crore to develop one commercial and two residential towers. Once they get an approval from the additional commissioner, the tender will be uploaded on the website within a week.
The project will be developed on 3.16 acres of land of Hope Textile mill in Snehlataganj area. The rates for each plot will be lower than those in the market at present.
In two residential towers, 2BHK and 3BHK flats will be developed while the space in the commercial tower will be made available as per clients’ demands.
Each tower will have a parking lot, two service floors and will be over 15 floors high.
The towers will have modern amenities like swimming pool and hi-tech lifts. A lush green garden will also be a part of this mega project.
Dohare added that they have obtained all necessary permission including those from the fire department, environment department and IMC before they started the project. The process to obtain a RERA registration number for this project will be completed in the next couple of days.
