Women’s Wing of CREDAI Pune Metro commissioned Property Maintenance GuideThe Women’s Wing of CREDAI Pune Metro, a very active chapter of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) has created a first ever ‘Property Maintenance Guide’ under the leadership of Darshana Parmar Jain. The Women’s Wing of CREDAI Pune Metro commissioned Property Maintenance Guide, which was unveiled by the honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Phadnavis during the New India Summit organized by CREDAI at Nagpur in last week.

The guide made especially for developers will come in handy for CREDAI members to create post possession, unit/project handover manuals. This ‘Property Maintenance Guide’ has made an effort to touch upon important aspects that are vital to maintenance of a Unit/Project. This ‘Property Maintenance Guide’ has seen contribution from many renowned developers and knowledge partners, including Structural, Waste Management and Fire consultants. The e-copy of this book was also made available to all the 12,500 members of CREDAI.

The Guide, in that respect is only for reference for Developers and each one should prepare a guidance book which is relevant to his project”, said Shrikant Paranjape, President CREDAI Pune Metro.

Darshana Parmar Jain, Chairperson CREDAI Women’s Wing, said, “Consumers are the focal point of our business endeavours. This is one more concrete step towards encouraging effective communication and transparency within the industry. The value of having a project handover manual which is so detailed towards maintaining and taking proper care of the home is immense, as, a well-maintained home brings prosperity and positive vibes.”

This book is available as an e-copy to all members of CREDAI through their respective CREDAI Office.
